12 MONTHS MATERNITY CONTRACT - ACCOUNTS ALL ROUNDER
A long established, successful company located in Castle Hill is seeking a Full Time Accounts All Rounder to join our team. This is a 12 months position to cover for maternity leave.
Your main responsibilities will be assisting the Financial Controller with the efficient financial data entry, ensuring accuracy of information, debt collection and assisting with various admin duties. You must be able to perform in a busy and fast paced environment.
The Position:
Reporting to the financial
- Accounts Receivable
- Debt Collection
- Processing credit claims
- Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Customer ledger maintenance and reconciliation
- Reception duties
- Other ad hoc duties
Required Criteria:
- Experience with SAP Business One preferred
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong Data Entry Skills with High Accuracy Rate
- High organizational and time management skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
