WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are now seeking a Finance Analyst in the Commercial scope to be a business partner in areas of financial, analytical and planning process with a focus on driving regional performance. You will be active in the preparation of monthly and weekly reporting and preparation of adhoc analysis to understand trends and opportunities. Providing commentary in month end reports to support key analysis and understanding movements by coordinating with financial accountants will be necessary.
This role is also responsible in planning and budgeting processes for P&L lines whilst working with stakeholders to ensure forecasts and plans are communicated to budget holders. Investment appraisals will play a large part in your responsibilities in continuously monitoring investments and developing business plans to support the Property and Operations team. You will have the opportunity to work on projects in supporting the development of new systems as required.
To be successful in this role you will have a qualification in Business or Commerce and proficiency in SAP and Business Objects. It is essential to have advanced knowledge in Excel with an understanding of Word and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and time management skills is necessary to assist in delivering across this role. You will be a cross-functional team member in liaising across all aspects of the business and being a point of contact.
