The Role:

Due to growth, we require additional support processing the payroll of permanent, casual and sub-contract personnel.
Our payroll is prepared on Wednesdays and executed on Thursday. Wednesday is the most critical day, however the role could be spread over Wednesday and Thursday.
Other duties include some accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and bank reconcilliation

Your Experience:

As an accomplished bookkeeper / payroll officer you will have extensive experience using Xero accounting and online timesheeting systems. 
Our systems and processes are highly automated and require attention to detail and an understanding of how different components are connected. Experience with google docs would be considered favourably.
We are a small and highly engaged team and require all of our members to be  adaptable, open and self driven.
