Our client is looking for an employee to join the team of their award-winning practice on a full-time temporary basis. Location: North Sydney

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday / 9.00am to 5.00pm

Duration: 1 - 3 months

In this role, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Check and reconcile bank account on a daily basis
  • Prepare daily cash position
  • Process invoicing
  • Process all methods of debtors payments
  • Process purchase orders
  • Process creditors invoices
  • Process all methods of creditors payments
  • Prepare and lodge BAS
  • Process Payroll
  • Process Superannuation
  • Remit PAYG
  • Complete any ATO reporting
  • Collect and distribute mail
  • General office admin duties as required


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate who has advanced MYOB experience and proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite. You will require the ability to recognise and solve a problem independently and will have had extensive exposure to Bookkeeping in previous roles, preferably with experience in Etrack invoicing software.
