Would you like a role whereby you are actually on a pathway to manager right from the intermediate level ??? Yes it's based on merit over time but in this team (there are several teams) there is no other senior to compete with !

Our client is a high quality, stable and very well established public practice firm with such a low staff turnover, vacancies such as this are quite rare. There are four partners and around 20 staff in the firm. This is an opportunity for a high quality intermediate to step up to a position whereby you will have direct access to the manager and partner in your own team. The next position for the successful candidate over time will be the manager, there is no senior in between yourself, your manager and the partner. You will cover a range of tasks including completing financial statements and tax returns from start to finish, you will also be afforded client contact in time and be exposed to a wide variety of SME clients.

The successful candidate will:

• Be Degree and CA/CPA Qualified or studying towards
• Have excellent attention to detail and able to produce quality work
• Have excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Have a minimum of two years' experience in an Australian Public Practice firm
• Have a pleasant and personable demeanour
