This newly created position will lead the ACH Group’s Delivery & Compliance functions, specifically ensuring that the processes are effective in ensuring optimal control of incoming/outgoing financial transactions. Key to this position is also effective business partnering, a proactive approach to assessing policy compliance and management, and core focus on Continuous Improvement. Working as an integral part of the Transactional Services Team and reporting directly to the Head of Transactional Services your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Ensure Financial Transactions are conducted in-line with organisational Policy and Preferred Methodologies
  • Coordinate levies collection processes, ensuring funds are received timely
  • Accountability for the management and coordination of the Delivery and Compliance Team processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional services, thereby supporting ACH Group’s promise of ‘Good Lives for Older People’
  • Proactively supporting the Head of Transactional Services to ensure the shared achievement of Team, and organisational objectives, goals and outcomes.

What will set you apart from the rest:

You must be able to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to engage positively with a wide range of personnel to achieve desired outcomes. You will have strong knowledge and experience in Best Practice along with demonstrated experience in driving a continuous improvement culture within and across teams.

You will also possess:

  • Professional qualification in Finance or a related field
  • Extensive experience in delivering end-to-end transactional services at a senior level in a high-volume, complex and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong organisation, problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong Financial Acumen
  • Knowledge of MYOB Payglobal, CIM and ComCare would be highly regarded

A satisfactory National Criminal History Record Check no older than 12 months at commencement of employment.
