Reporting into the Head of Risk & Compliance in this leading ASX listed Corporate, 
you will be responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of a functional and commercially viable enterprise risk framework, whilst implementing controls, processes & procedures that ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

More specifically you will facilitate risk workshops for Corporate and the divisions, drive the preparation and maintenance of strategic Risk Registers, prepare Board reporting and develop & maintain a Business Continuity Plan and Fraud & Corruption Risk Management Policy. Additionally, you'll provide assistance to the internal audit team, offering advice around the design and rollout of effective controls.

You are an experienced risk management professional, with sound technical expertise (including RG259) and experience managing a complex enterprise risk management framework, ideally in the real estate or funds management space. You could be taking a 1st move into commerce, from a Big 4 risk consulting or internal audit division.

Extensive exec-level stakeholder management experience, a relevant business degree and proven change/project management skills all essential.
