The Role
This role will see you based in their studio and supporting their Finace and Project teams. You will liaise with Team Leaders and various team members and discuss fees and accounting issues.
- Processing and issuing the monthly invoices
- Tracking project fees
- Tracking and paying sub consultant fees and invoices
- Monitoring and updating staff project hours through the BST system
- Creating and maintaining fee drawdowns against project programs
- Maintaining Studio Financial Forecast
- Producing analytical financial data
- Approval and payment of invoices related to the running of the studio
- Liaising with national Finance team

Skills and Experience
- Experience in a Finance or Contract Admin role, ideally within the architecture or construction industry
- Experience in BST preferable
- Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
