We are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in Sydney.
This position reports directly to Karn Singh – Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for meeting the needs of internal stakeholders. This role will partner with Business unit Heads to provide 'real time' support to assist in decision making & driving commercial value.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial support to the Business unit Heads relating to financial targets, revenue optimization and cost efficiencies
- Ensuring monthly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring the annual budgeting and forecast process are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide insights, performance scorecards, benchmarking & competitor analysis
About you:
- Results focused
- Approachable and ability to liaise with all levels of management and staff
- Experience with Management Accounting methods & tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think laterally and solve problems
- Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Ideally, the candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience in accounting in a financial services environment.
