HUBER+SUHNER (Australia) Pty Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of a publicly listed Swiss multinational, requires an Accounts Assistant to join our small team at our Frenchs Forest office.
Currently we have a full time position for an Accounts Assistant person. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Accounts Payable
- Month End tasks for example reconciliation GIT, Prepayments, Accruals, Fixed Assets etc.)
- Liaising with various internal departments to solve queries
- Support and assist the Financial Controller with various ad hoc duties
We are seeking someone who has:
- 2 or more years' experience in an Accounting role.
- Accounting Diploma or Certificate
- Strong computer skills (MS Office suite)
- The ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Good organisation and administrative skills
- Good understanding of QA systems (e.g. ISO9001).
To be successful in this role, you will have good working knowledge of SAP, Oracle or other accounting systems.
