Our international business is looking for a Finance Support Officer for our subsidiary located in inner Brisbane in a full time role.

In this role you will support and assist  the Medartis team in all financial concerns, as well as:

• Maintain all accounts payable files in line with SAP MaxFlow procedure
• Preparation and Authorization of payments
• Compile accounts payable reports
• Assist customers with billing enquiries and resolution of discrepancies
• Develop long term relationships with customers to ass ist the business
• Actively follow up unpaid invoices to facilitate cash flow
• Preparation of ad hoc and weekly financial  reports
• Monitor and manage monthly credit card payments and expense reconciliation

This is an important role as part of our Finance Team. Due to our rapid growth in a very competive market  it is busy and challenging. You  will need to be a confident, personable and highly organised individual that loves working as part of a very functional  Team, including but not  limited to :

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant finance field or equivalent demonstrated work experience
• Well developed skills in the application of the Microsoft Suite and preferred working knowledge of SAP
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Ability to establish and maintain longterm, successful working relationships
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in an unsupervised capacity
