This multinational business with an enviable track record across multiple sectors is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager with strong commercial acumen, technical accounting skills, operational nous and a customer-centric focus.
  
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and partnering various Commercial and Operational Directors, this role will see you working across a complex business, which offers a diverse range of services. As the Finance Manager, you will be very hands-on in the day to day financial operations and lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/year end reporting, preparation of a suite of budgets and forecasts for various lines of the business, be the first point of contact on all client’s accounting matters at a national level, establish close working relationships with internal stakeholders and strong people management skills, all whilst maintaining a customer first mentality.

This role will see you head up multiple projects across internal controls and process improvements, such as implementing KPI/Dashboard reporting and meaningful variance analysis tools.

To be successful in this role you must have completed your CA/CPA Qualifications, possess excellent Leadership qualities and Relationship building skills. Demonstrated commercial experience as a Finance Manager in a large multinational/ASX listed environment is a prerequisite and a background from one of the Big 4's is advantageous.
