THE COMPANY
Independent Western suburbs based Aged Care Provider (NFP).
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Payroll Officer will assume full responsibility for a payroll of around 500 Victorian based employees including:
- Managing the Time & Attendance
- End of month/year reconciliation/reporting
- Payroll query management
- System and procedure improvement/streamlining

CHALLENGES
The industry sector (Aged Care) is complex and includes managing pays for employees working on a roster based work pattern. Throw in the complexity of being a NFP/Salary Packaging and the challenges are many.
IDEAL APPLICANTS
The Hiring Manager is comfortable with you having no prior NFP/Aged Care experience however at least 3 years exposure to Sage MicrOpay Meridian is essential (to ensure that your "learning curve" is purely industry based).
