Our client is a highly respected and long standing Gold Coast firm. A need exists for an experienced accountant to join their team and add value to their growing client base. This firms believes in mentoring and training young people and seeing them develop into accomplished professionals. They are heavily geared towards providing outstanding customer service to their clients.
Reporting directly to the Principal, you will be able to work autonomously and largely run your own race. You will prepare financial statements and tax returns for a variety of businesses and you will supervise and monitor your junior staff when they are assisting you with larger jobs.
There will be no SMSF or audit work involved in this position but you will need to be someone who can competently sit in front of clients and complete a return if required. Currently studying or completed CPA/CA would be a bonus.
The position would suit an experienced intermediate seeking client contact.
