Our client is a business owner looking for someone fairly flexible to support him with Accounts and Business Admin related tasks from around 4pm two to three afternoons per week.
Our client's has a well set up home office.
This role would suit a retired accountant, bookkeeper or similar.
Responsibilities would include -
- Account reconciliation
- Entering invoices into accounting system (XERO)
- Processing payables invoices
- Supporting owner with paperwork and documentation
- Chasing supplier information
This role DOES NOT suit someone wanting to do this as a second job.
