The Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Business Services, this position is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team encompassing Finance, IT, Facilities and Administration across the organisation, ensuring all financial obligations for the organisation are met.
With three direct reports to lead, your role is to ensure the smooth functioning of the Administration & Financial operations, whilst providing leadership in financial systems, contract management and legal accountability.
Working directly with Managers and the CEO, the Chief Administration/Finance Officer advises on strategic and tactical matters relating to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.
Skills and experience
About you
As a seasoned finance professional, you will have experience overseeing both the Finance and Administration functions for the organisation. You will have excellent communication skills, possess an ability to handle multiple tasks, strong consulting ability and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. The ability to lead a group of diverse professionals in a fast paced workplace.
The ideal candidate has relevant Tertiary qualifications coupled with experience gained in healthcare, not-for-profit or non-government sector. In addition, CPA or CA qualifications are desirable.
