Working within the advertising industry your main responsibility will be to support the sales operations process supporting the Account Director to maximise sales revenue

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and facilitate the account management process:
    • Manage the monthly meeting schedule for each Media Partner
    • Manage agendas and prepare reports for meetings
    • Document minutes and action points
  • Supporting the process for core digital projects:
    • Working with the Account Director to ensure the project is being executed according to plan
    • Prepare and distribute all necessary documentation including invitations, ecomms and proposals
    • Ensure venues meet all necessary project requirements
    • Support sales execution on site during presentation week
    • Ensure online project file is kept updated
    • Provide technical support relating to their in house system and analyse data recorded via reporting analyse data performance trends
    • Train Coordinator and sales teams on in house sales system
    • Ensure in house systems are being effectively utilised by the Media Partners
    • Update all static data in the Budget Business Plan
    • Liaise with Account Director and Sales Director to ensure forecasts and reports are updated
    • Set up initial project budget with input from the Account Director
    • Liaise with Account Director and Sales Director to ensure forecasts are updated

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 1/2 years of administrative experience
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and experience manipulating data through pivots, macros and advanced functions
  • Prior event management or advertising industry experience would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and very organised
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Systems focused with a problem solving and analytical mindset
  • Flexibility to changing priorities with the ability to adopt new methodologies, systems and protocols
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
