We are offering a career opportunity for a motivated individual within our team as an Accounts and Administration Officer.
The successful candidate will be customer focused, with a keen eye for detail. You must be a flexible team member with a proactive approach and have the ability to respond to all requests in a timely manner
Duties include but are not limited to:
- General office duties
- General accounts duties
- Assistance in preparation of project and operational documentation
- Assistance and support to project managers and office staff
- Assisting with customer invoicing
- Uniform and motor vehicle register maintenance
- Compliance documentation
- Adhoc Projects
What we are looking for...
- Experience working with cloud based systems
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Accuracy and eye for detail
- Strong drive to better yourself and increase your knowledge
- Strong communicator and coordination skills
