The Company

The Role
Sitting with a team of supportive and like-minded colleagues, you will be responsible for:
- Matching, batching, coding and entering incoming invoices
- Managing supplier’s payments as per payment terms and process electronic funds transfer
- Producing AP reconciliation reports and assisting with month end reports
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and payments
- Stakeholder management with internal and external suppliers
- Identifying areas for improvements in processes and workflow efficiencies
- Daily banking and receipting
- Allocation and reconciliation of all cash received
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and also possess:
- Experience in a high volume environment
- Exposure to Accounts Receivable
- Excellent communication and relations skills
- Self-driven and process oriented
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and adhere to strict deadlines
- Strong knowledge with MS Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload and be a team player
