Hermitage Homes is an established and reputable residential building company that specialises in building turnkey house and land products for the investment market. We have been building since 1997 all over Melbourne and some regional parts of Victoria. We take pride in providing market-leading homes and quality service, while building strong partnerships with the nation's major marketing groups, wealth creation groups and land developers. Our new Display Home brand, which operates under a different brand name has been rapidly growing and focuses on reaching first and second home buyers in Melbourne (Display brand to be disclosed at interview). We currently have 3 Display Centres across Melbourne with more commencing later this year.
Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager will manage all Financial facets of the company whilst providing accurate and timely advice to the Management team.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the Finance team
- Providing advice on impacts of current taxation legislations to the company
- Finalising monthly financial results
- Analysing and interpreting financial data
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations & exposures
- Preparing monthly reports
- Managing cash flows
- Preparing budgets and forecasts
What you need to join this exciting team….
- Strong finance/accounting knowledge
- Management experience
- Knowledge of taxation legislation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in industry, also suited for someone looking to move from Public Practice
