ABOUT THE COMPANY:
My client an entertainment company based in Sydney CBD are looking for an experienced Collections Officer to join their team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for a ledger of around 1000 accounts and will be responsible for chasing overdue invoices and dealing with any queries. You will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Main responsibilities:
- Collections calls
- Account Reconciliations
- Invoice queries
- Banking/Allocations
ABOUT YOU:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 2+ years collections experience
- Customer focused attitude
- Team Player
- Focused, hard working and friendly personality
