- Full Time Permanent Credit Officer role based in CBD
- $55k-60k + super + benefits
- Looking for someone with 12months + experience
ABOUT THE ROLE:
My client is looking for an entry level Collections Officer with 12-15 months experience with a salary range of $55k-$60k. Ideally looking for someone who has experience of working in the banking call centre space who has a desire to learn end to end Collections processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you will work closely with the Head of Credit & Operations and key personal for the collection of the finance book. This is an operations role that will test relationship management skills.
You will also be responsible for:-
- Collection of Arrears
- Alert Processing
- Ensure any Collections related escalations are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide Support to the Finance Operations Co-Ordinator during peak periods
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have firm but customer-orientated approach and the ability to operate at a fast pace in an ever-changing environment.
You will also be required to have:
- Proven experience in financial services / credit / collections / operations.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work to strict deadlines
- The ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Under Graduate or Recent Graduate studying in Finance, Commerce or Business related discipline
