About the role

Your key account abilities include the following areas:

• Maintain an accurate documentation of all customer related documents e.g. credit applications, id documents, credit check reports, PPSR reports etc to support credit decisions.
• Processing requests for change in credit limits for existing credit customers
• Releasing stock on a case to case basis to overdue credit customers.
• Stopping customer credit in case of delinquent customer accounts.
• Calling / communicating with customers for collection of overdues.
• Regular reporting to credit reporting agencies and trade debt insurance company and coordination with them for collection and claims.
• Verifying bills from credit reporting agencies, insurance company and lawyers and help Financial Controller approve them based on agreements with these companies.
• Monitoring and meeting company targets of overall company debtors, state wise credit allocations, overdues, DSO, credit days.
• Data analysis of customer accounts to drive profitable sales growth.
• Computation of sales commission report.

The key requirements of the person are as follows:

• Graduate from Australian / overseas University.
• Very good English communication skills along with Mandarin Skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
• Upto 2 years of experience in managing accounts receivable function of a medium size company, though fresh graduates can also be considered
• Team player.
