Bookkeeper / PA

We are seeking a qualified bookkeeper who can work on our plumbing companies books during the day as well as look after the Director's children.which would include pick up and drop off from their school which is only 10 minutes away from the office. The children are happy and easygoing and we are looking for a motivated and positive person to fill this role and work in a happy environment.

Drivers license essential.

For the bookkeeping component you will need be proficient in the following:

MYOB
Accounts Receivable
Creating Sales Invoices
Accounts Payable
Reconciling GL & bank acccounts
Problem Solving Skills
Experience to Trial Balance
BAS Lodgement
Payoll

Salary negotiable.
