Our client, an Expert Management Agency are currently looking for a Business Analyst to work on a financial transformation piece. To be successful in this role, you must have a finance accounting background - i.e. management accounting; accounts payable, receivables etc. 

 

 
  • Review existing documentation
  • Understand existing systems and write business requirements
  • Write Functional Specs, test scripts
  • Gather information for target operating models
  • Review and consider best practice
  • Standardise and eliminate variations
  • Identify other supporting projects eg. technology solutions
  • Documentation including policies and procedures to practical user level

  • Accounting degree, CPA/CA qualified (Preferred)
  • Management Reporting background, hotel management/ Operations experience would be ideal
  • Proven track record of process change redesign and implementation end to endStrong communication skills
  • Must be able to work in an unstructured, ambiguous environment
  • Strong documentation skills 
  • Good understanding of ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools
  • Business Analysis and requirements gathering experience from an Accounting and Finance background
