Our client is a premier property managed and facilities services provider in an exciting period of growth and international expansion. Following a recent restructure, they are committed to updating and improving systems and processes, in order make the organisation operate as efficiently and dynamically as possible.As part of their modernisation process, an opportunity currently exists for an operational auditor, to review systems and processes within the business, with the view of optimizing system interaction, and minimising revenue leakage as a result of inefficiencies.
As part of your role, you would be responsible for:
- Deliver assigned work to required timeframes, with a high degree of professional quality
- Provide clarity over complex issues, and be a catalyst for positive change by challenging assumptions and promoting critical thinking;
- Conduct workshops with on-site employees at respective locations around Australia;
- Review ERP systems for compatibility and data integrity
- Provide timely, objective, complete, factually accurate, practical and professionally written internal audit findings and support the delivery of reports that add value and provide stakeholders with information required to make appropriate decisions
- Enthusiastically collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders, providing new insights and contributions to enable effective management of the function
To be successful in securing this role you will require:
- Well-developed communication, facilitation, influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build constructive relationships and credibility with diverse stakeholders and teams while maintaining professional objectivity and the courage to deliver difficult messages
- Well-developed analytical skills and demonstrated capability of synthesising large, complex and varied sources of information into meaningful conclusions, trends and insights.
- Good time and project management skills that contribute to larger project deliverables
- A Bachelor of Commerce/Management/Finance/Accounting degree and professional accounting designation
- Experience in a Big 4 Professional Services environment working with multi-site environments preferred
- Ability and willingness to routinely travel domestically on occassion.
