A superb opportunity has become available with this rapidly growing organisation in the northern suburbs. There is a requirement for an experienced Accounts Receivable to commence on a 12-month fixed term contract. Your remit will be to manage cash flow across various entities. You will be working in impressive offices which are newly renovated and have fantastic on-site facilities. Reporting directly to the Accounts Supervisor your duties will include:

Duties:

End to end accounts receivable processing
Crediting & re-issuing of invoices with errors
Customer account & bank statement reconciliations
Preparation of month end reports for senior management
Daily banking
Handling of internal & external stakeholder queries and ensuring a prompt resolution
Collection calls to overdue clients
Issue statements & send reminders
Build relationships with key customer groups & maintain positive relationships

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience within a high volume AR position
Exposure to using an ERP system
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
High level of organisation & time management skills
Ability to build & develop client relationships
