Finance Business Partner
A multi-national FMCG has created a new entity within the Australia business and the Managing Director requires an commercial analyst/business partner to provide support growing in the markets where they are strongest. It’s very much an SME entrepreneurial environment backed by a global brand. You’ll be liaising across the business with numerous non-finance stakeholders, especially sales.
Reporting to the Managing Director of the newly created entity, the responsibilities are:
· Key focus will be to analyse and evaluate new business cases
· Liaising with business development to provide analysis for new ideas.
· Implement standardised reporting/weekly dashboard style for key operational measures.
· Prepare weekly operational Key Statistics Reports
· Partner with operational team to develop monthly forecast.
· Provide analysis and business case support as required.
· Partner with operations team to prepare operational plan by location.
· Build strong relationships with key operational business partners.
· Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate:
· Excellent stakeholder management.
· CA/CPA qualified.
· Highly articulate communicator.
· 3-5 years in a business partnering role.
· Extensive previous experience in evaluating business cases.
