About the role
The duties include but not limited to:
- Manage day to day finance operations tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly payroll.
- Provide high-quality support to both Development Director and CEO in property acquisition, including cashflow analysis, due diligence, financial modelling etc.
- In charge of property fund administration/compliance and ensure property funds operate in accordance with regulations outlined by authorities
- High level finance management in lodging and paying taxes on time and producing timely financial reports.
- Engage and maintain strong relationships with financial partners such as banks to ensure that our financial resources are suitably leveraged and our total cost of funds is reduced.
- Review and authorise any expenditure related to business operations including re-occurring contracts with suppliers with a strong focus on improving our return on investment.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with external consultants, investors and management in the company

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Evidence to work in Australia
- Mandarin speaking essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience acting as a finance manager within a similar or larger organisation (property development industry preferred)
- Tertiary qualifications ideally in accounting or commerce.
- Ability to demonstrate strong compliance record from previous roles
- Ability to meet the knowledge and skills ASIC requires
- Strong analytical and modelling skill
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
- Proactive and use initiative to make things happen
