What we are seeking?

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Offer who can manage a large volume of accounts receivable cases each day. You will be focused on results and customer management aligning to our Company Values. Empathy, listening skills and strong communication skills are essential.  An assertive but polite approach to managing customers is a must for this role.

What will I do?

Managing a high volume of cases per day you will be responsible for accounts receivable for our Asia Pacific customer base.

Your role will also include:

• Collecting past due accounts in accordance with current policy
• Directly communicating with customers via phone and email to resolve discrepancies and short payments
• Process Credit Applications
• Identifying and reporting on accounts for cancellation / placement with third party collections agency,
• Managing internal & external customers with diplomacy & professionalism to achieve high customer satisfaction and results
• Acting as a liaison between SPS customers and other internal departments to facilitate resolution of accounts
• Assisting with Billing & Accounts Payable as required

You will work in a small close knit team, who take pride in quality work and support each other.

What skills do I need/criteria?

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong listening, empathy and conflict management abilities
• The capacity to work under pressure when required
• Ability to cope with change and uncertainty
• Be a great team player with a can-do attitude!
• Sensitivity with confidential information
• Previous experience in accounts receivable is preferred, but not essential
