An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-respected organisation located in Mulgrave. The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time and join their supportive Finance Team.

Description
This Accounts Payable position will play an important role in the overall financial performance of the organisation. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, your role will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Reviewing and verifying creditor invoices for payments
- Process creditor payment reports
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month end closing and reporting
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash
Profile
The successful candidate will have proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Officer and strong administration skills. They will demonstrate strong problem solving skills and the ability to autonomously prioritise tasks. Experience using MS Dynamics AX will be considered advantageous as well as intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
