ACCOUNTS/ Administration Assistant
Our Client is a busy event company that supply Marquee and event hire products for events located all over Australia, they are now looking for a Administrative assistant to assist their busy team for 3-5 shifts per week.
The ideal candidate would have a positive friendly attitude, confident when speaking with clients both on the phone and in person and the ability to keep calm and problem solve.
This is a temp position of 3-5 shifts per week with potential view of permanency for the right candidate. 9am-3pm hours flexible
Onsite training provided
Some of your Key Responsibilities and Duties include:- Data entry
- Reception duties including answering all incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Customer Service
- Ordering of stationery and consumables
- Booking Accommodation
- Generating invoices
- General office duties
- Myob exp essential
The ideal candidate will possess the following:- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Take direction well and work independently
- Knowledge of using Excel spread sheets
- Strong alpha and numeric keyboard skills
- Ability to keep calm and problem solve
- Experience with MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Neat professional appearance
- Keen to work in an office environment
- Organised and with good understanding of time management
