Temporary Accounts Payable Role to cover for annual leave starting ASAP!
Your new company
Medical devices company based in Macquarie Park, looking for a temp to cover for annual leave. This role is a 2 month temporary role with an immediate start.
Your new role
- Processing of creditors invoices
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Preparation of EFT and Cheque payment runs
- Filing and maintenance of creditor records
- Resolving payment and purchasing queries with internal and external stakeholders
- Files and maintains creditor records
- Work cooperatively with the team, and backfilling team members when required
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years experience in accounts payable
- Oracle R12 or Oracle systems experience is essential
- Immediately available to start
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to help
