Bookkeeper required for a busy Manufacturing company - temporary to permanent opportunity
Your new company
National manufacturing company seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accounting processes.
If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with numbers, can work independently and support a busy accounting team this could be the new role for you!
Your new role
Accounts Duties:
- Processing Subcontractor Purchase Orders & extra charges
- Entering Creditor details & updating the system
- Matching Purchase Orders to invoices (x80-100 per day)
- Processing all creditor invoices
- Processing EFT and Cheque payments;
- Inputting creditor credit notes
- Resolving invoice and supplier queries by phone and email
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Printing costing report for each site for monitoring budget performance
- Processing payments of staff reimbursement expenses
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Monthly reconciliations
- Sales Anaylsis and Profit/Loss Reporting
- Payroll for casual staff
