About the role
Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and analysis of finance and management reports

General ledger maintenance
-
Cash flow management and banking administration

Accounts receivable and payable
-
Payroll
-
Tax compliance
-
Preparation of annual financial statements and external auditor liaison

Assist with development of budgets, forecasts and financial modelling

Partner with business stakeholders to support financial needs
Skills and experience
Requirements:

CA or CPA qualified
-
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience

Strong technical accounting, tax and payroll compliance knowledge

Analytical and commercial mindset
-
Excellent attention to detail

Advanced Excel skills
-
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management

Energy and drive with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Organised, flexible and resilient
-
Xero experience (preferred)
You may have previously worked within a start-up organisation where you are used to being the sole-charge Finance contact, or have gained experience in a larger corporate entity and are looking to take ownership of a broad remit in an emerging growth company.
