This global financial services organisation is looking for a Financial Accountant to join them in their North Sydney office. This is initially a 6 month fixed-term contract with a very high potential to turn into a permanent role.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, main responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing statutory financial accounts.
• Preliminary tax calculations
• Consolidations of global entity accounts

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate coming from a financial services or big 4 background who wants to join a company where they can make their mark and grow and develop the role. The company is presently privately owned but is looking to become a listed organisation and therefore, you will be ensuring that all accounts meet the requirements for this transaction. 

You''ll be joining a rapidly growing financial services organisation in North Sydney where employees have an excellent work ethic and are encouraged to think outside the box.

To be considered for this role you'll have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role. You'll have a financial services background and will be immediately available.
