An experienced Payroll Officer is required for this temp opportunity South of the River. Ideally you will be able to commence immediately, however 1 week's notice will be considered. You must have sound knowledge of the interpretation & application of awards & agreements. In addition, those with experience handling multiple payrolls will be looked upon favourably.

Duties:

End to end processing of weekly & monthly payrolls
Prepare & set up new employee records
Calculation & processing of termination & redundancy pays
Accurately maintain payroll data
Weekly & monthly reporting
Timely distribution of payment summaries
Monthly distribution of payments to super funds
Reconcile superannuation contributions & prep remittances
Handle payroll queries
Ad-hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required:

Several years experience in a similar role
Experience processing multiple payrolls, end to end
Good time management & high attention to detail
Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
