About the business
Our small firm offers tax, accounting, auditing, and financial planning services to individual, small/medium business and SMSF clients. Based in Perth, our small team is currently seeking the right person to fill the role as Intermediate Tax Accountant.
About the role
Reporting to the Director directly, your duties will include:
• Preparing financial statements for all entities including companies, partnerships, trusts, and superannuation funds
• Preparing Income Tax returns for the above entities as well as Individuals
• Preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements
• Assist with developing client relationships
• Liaise with the ATO. regulatory bodies and the Auditor

Skills and experience
At least 2 years public practice experience in Australia
• Experience in Hnadisoft and MYOB is preferred but not essential
• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent
• Strong interest and knowledge in tax law
• Good communication and eye for detail
