An exciting role has arisen for a hands-on Payroll Officer to join one of our divisions specialising in recruitment. Working as part of a dynamic team located in Granville, the role is ongoing with a view to permanency for the right individual. Although prior payroll experience is highly desirable, applicants with extensive data entry experience who are seeking an opportunity to further develop their skills within the payroll function will also be considered.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Processing weekly payroll
• Processing workers compensation and superannuation payments
• Assisting with candidate pay queries
• Data entry and administrative duties

Successful applicants will possess the below skills and attributes:

• Experience in full function payroll highly desirable

• Excellent attention to detail
• Motivated and have a great sense of initiative
• The ability to be flexible and have great multitasking skills
• Accurate and fast data entry
• Strong communication skills
