Due to some recent significant acquisitions, this global listed group is growing in Australia and is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join and support the finance team based in Sydney. They are known in the market for their employee engagement, flexible working culture and progression opportunities both here and globally.
  
The role will support the broader property finance team with month end financial and management reporting, preparing the P&L, statutory reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and consolidated quarterly reports. The role will have a project focus and have ad hoc involvement with high level budgeting and monthly/quarterly/yearly forecasting.
  
You will be CPA/CA qualified and have come from a role and environment where you have managed multiple stakeholders, both internal and external and worked on projects with tight timeframes. You will have excellent technical accounting skills, ideally acquired from time spent with one of the Top 4 Accounting firms. Experience within property will be highly regarded; as will previous experience using an MRI.
