- Temporary Finance Officer
- 3 days per week - Immediate Start

Position purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to adequately and competently manage all the financial affairs of the company. This includes accurate and timely reporting of all the financial data set out in this document.
Main tasks
Core objectives include:
· Maintain General Ledger
· Manage Accounts payable invoices
· Reconcile and payment of Accounts Payable
· Manage sales invoicing
· Recovering Accounts Receivable and managing debtor days to acceptable levels
· Manage Cash Receipts from customers
· Management of Bank deposits
· Monthly and annual Bank Reconciliation
· Prepare monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
· Manage rolling monthly cash forecasting, daily
· Assist finance manager with annual budgets and monthly forecasting
· Assist Finance manager when preparing, BAS, Payroll Tax, WorkCover, quarterly reports and end of year financial reports
· Execute payroll, taxes and superannuation, fortnightly and monthly
· Conduct Credit Checks

Qualifications
· Formal qualifications in Accounting desirable but not essential
Experience
· At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge
· Australian Accounting Standards
· Tax laws pertaining to the Commonwealth of Australia and South Australia
