Your new company
Due to recent success this client requires a hands on and experienced senior Accounts Payable officer to join their accounts department on a full time basis
Your new role
With an immediate start, this is a full-function Accounts Payable role reporting to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for all duties from inputting and processing supplier invoices, credit card and supplier reconciliations, processing weekly payments and attending to supplier queries. In addition, you will assist with journals, accruals and foreign currency payments.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, outstanding communication skills and high attention to detail. You will be a team player, with the ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines. To be successful in the position you must have previous experience using the software COINS and MYOB, it would also be advantageous if you have been involved in the system implementation process.
