The Role
 
As the Senior Financial Accountant you will be driving deliverables and statutory reporting.  Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
 

• Ensure integrity of financial data is maintained
• Statutory and other regulatory reporting
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly budget reporting
• Preparing 3-way forecast financial model, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
• Preparation of group financial statements
• Maintaining balance sheet register
• Maintain the Group reporting

 
About you

To be successful in this position you will ideally have an excess of 3 years' experience in a similar role.  Exposure within a multisite environment coupled with the ability to manage a varied role within a fast paced environment will be a distinctive advantage, in addition ERP experience is desirable, past exposure to Viewpoint would be highly advantageous.
 

• Degree and CA or CPA Qualified
• You will have solid technical background ideally have experience working for large corporate entities, ideally ASX listed
• Experience managing the Financial Reporting for a large organisation
• Experience liaising with the external auditors
• A self starter with an ability to communicate well across different groups at all levels
• Have a passion for technical reporting with the ability to see the commercial outcome
• Good approach to problem solving and process focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
