Your new company
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be employed as a Bookkeeper on a part time, permanent basis. You will be a member of a small accountancy team, solely accountable for managing the accounts functions of the business, payroll, bank reconciliations and any additional adhoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of day to day and end of month procedures. You will be required to perform all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, bank and credit card reconciliations, end to end payroll, BAS preparation, cash flow, reporting, and analysis.
Your new role
You will have a strong background in full function Bookkeeping processes, coupled with skills in the following:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Efficient and dedicated in meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in the use of MYOB and Microsoft Excel
- Sound time management and organisational ability
- Experience working within the residential construction industry
What you'll need to succeed
This role is ideal for someone with experience across Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll who is looking to build on these skills.
An excellent capability in Excel is essential as well as an eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and an ability to communicate with management/employees at all levels of the business. The ideal candidate will also have some administration background as this could be an advantage for the role.]
