Joining their Sydney based finance team and reporting to the Finance Manager, this accounting role offers the opportunity to work hand in hand with clients producing all financial asset reporting.


This role will include but not be limited to:

• Monthly accrual and cash variance reporting
• Posting of general ledger
• Uploading of budgets and forecasts
• Month-end closing of properties.

You will possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrate a stable work initiative and be an achievement oriented individual. Exposure to MRI and property experience is essential. You will enjoy working as part of a team for a highly motivated manager. Most importantly you will be self-directed and not need constant supervision.
