This International Manufacturer has been operating successfully for a number of decades and employ over 100 staff at their Yatala facility. The Administration office is corporate with excellent amenities whilst the office culture is friendly and professional.
Your new role
The role of Assistant Accountant is to support the Company Accountant with month end, multiple bank/loan account reconciliations, and analysis and reporting. This role also takes ownership of the debtors function which includes collection activities. Currently the organisation are upgrading their ERP system and you will support with the implementation and roll out.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate can demonstrate experience working for a mid sized organisation where you have supported an Accountant/Finance Manager, comprehensive knowledge of the accountancy principals and Excel (Pivots/V-Look Ups)- ideally through obtaining a Diploma or Degree in an accountancy discipline. A strong skill set within Accounts Receivable is essential, you have a proven track record of maintaining a healthy debtors ledger.
