The Company

Based in the inner north eastern suburbs, our client is a well established and ethically orientated Not For Profit with a focus on social welfare and mental health. They are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable professional to join their high performing finance team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be an integral member of a high performing Accounts Receivable Team. Your key tasks will include, but will not be restricted to:

- Ensure invoices are billed and receipted accurately and on time
- Develop and maintain accounts transaction information and records
- Monitor accounts receivable processing activities
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Input and process journal entries when required
- Assist with month end close
- Reconciliation of accounts and adjustments to journal entries
- Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit
- Handle internal and external queries
- Ad hoc tasks as required

The Candidate

With a background in Accounts Receivable, you will ideally have previous experience working in the Aged Care or Health Sector. You will have high level written and verbal communication skills and will have a strong customer service focus. With highly developed interpersonal skills you will have the proven ability to form good working relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
