The firm you want to work for: 

A modern, spacious and quirky office with a warm, welcoming reception, set in the heart of the Brisbane CBD. This is a mid-tier firm, specialising in a range of accounting services, with approximately 25 staff and a 10 person audit team.
The team has recently been through a growth period and is in need of some talented accountants to hit the ground running with them.

The skills you want to develop:

Your skills won't be confined to only audit skills - due to the nature of this business, cross skilling and exposure to other accounting practice is common. Your business development acumen will grow and flourish due to continuous client contact and partner/manager mentoring. Exposure to a vast range of industries topping $100 million turnover will see you broaden your scope.  

Your CA and CPA will be paid upfront. The partners are wholly committed to your success as accountants and ensure adequate time and support for study, mock exams and exams.

The role you are applying for:

This firm needs a CA/CPA qualified or commenced audit accountant with over 3 years continuous and recent experience in an Australian firm. This role does require travel around Australia and does not require any international travel.

The role would suit an Intermediate to Senior level audit accountant. You must have vast exposure to corporate external audit, with exposure to a variety of industries. 

Communication and interpersonal skills are absolutely integral to this role. You must be equipped with honed interpersonal skills. This firm is growing - business development skills are paramount.
