As the team is growing, we are looking for an experienced Credit Officer join the team!
The Role
The Credit Officer will be sitting alongside a small team of like-minded colleagues and will be responsible but not limited to:
- Investigating and rectifying collections issues
- Managing customers credit limits and accounts in a timely manner
- Entering invoices and credit notes into system
- Assisting with opening new accounts, applying credit limits accordingly and doing credit checks
- Processing customers credit claims
- Answering general queries from internal and external stakeholders
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, result-driven and also possess:
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Strong Excel skills
- High energy and can work both in a team and/or individually
