This large, dynamic organisation urgently seek an experienced Credit Control Officer, to join their friendly accounts team. This well established firm continues to go from strength to strength and due to this growth require a Credit Officer with experience making a high volume calls, to join their friendly finance team. Reporting directly to the Senior Credit Officer this temporary opportunity offers great exposure for the right candidate.


Duties:

• Management of your own ledger 
• High volume collection calls
• Reconciliations and allocations
• Reviewing credit limits
• Assist with the approval of new accounts 
• Investigate disputes and provide reports on the information
• Provide back up to the position assessing customer credit applications 
• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting 
• Debtor reconciliations & month end reconciliations
• Manage and maintain existing relationships 
• Ad-hoc duties as required by senior management

Skills/Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years experience within a credit control/AR position
• A proven track record of reducing DSO's
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong motivation and drive to succeed 
• Immediate start
• Own transport required
